Effective immediately, we are updating our Cancellation and No Show Policy.  When you book any appointments starting January 1, 2023, we will require that a credit card be kept on file for your services.  If you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the card on file 50% of your scheduled services and remove any future pre-booked appointments.  If you cancel your appointment outside of our 24-hour window of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the services you had booked, but we will not remove future appointments without your confirmation.

If you cancel your appointment before our 24-hour window policy, we will apply your deposit as a credit to your account. We do not provide refunds on canceled appointments.

When booking online, we will require a 50% deposit on all bookings and your card to be on file.

We want you to understand this policy is not to punish our clients but instead for you to understand that this is a financial hardship to our providers when you cancel or do not attend an appointment.  We want to respect each other’s time and busy schedules.
